Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


🧢 Damages or issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can make it right.


⚠️ Non-returnable items

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it (if eligible), then place a new order for the item you’d like.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
